The stay was fantastic, with a lovely, spacious Junior Suite that provided a perfect retreat. Staff went above and beyond, adding thoughtful touches like interesting items in the mini bar. The desserts at the hotel were a delightful treat that added to the overall enjoyment. Only minor drawbacks included the lack of on-site activities and a somewhat elevated price point for amenities.

The Henrietta Experimental in London is a delightful find. The location is stellar, right in the heart of Covent Garden, with countless shops and restaurants just steps away. My room was stylish and comfortable, a cozy retreat after a busy day. The bed felt like a nest, making it easy to fall asleep after exploring the city. The staff really stood out. they were polite and knowledgeable. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh water bottles every day and warm cookies delivered to my room. room service was delayed. I arrived back at the hotel late one evening and the room hadn’t been serviced yet. It was odd returning to an unmade room. the check-in process could be smoother, especially for late arrivals. A clear sign or instructions could help guide guests better. Despite a few hiccups, I would definitely return for the lovely atmosphere, comfortable sleep, and excellent location.

We loved every bit of our stay! The location was perfect, right by the main attractions. And you know what, the fresh bottles of water every day? Just a nice touch, like they really care about your comfort.
It wasn't cheap, but honestly, it was still within reason for what we got.

We had a lovely stay for one night. The room was cozy and super quiet, which was nice! Breakfast was a highlight—fresh pastries and good coffee. Plus, it's just a short walk to Covent Garden. Just wish the room had a little more space. awesome vibes!

Stunning location right near the main attractions makes it easy to explore on foot, even during less than ideal weather. Fresh bottles of water every day felt like a thoughtful touch that added to the comfort of the stay.
The entrance to the hotel was tricky to find, and getting to the restaurant involved crossing the street. The room had inconsistent hot water availability, which made showers a bit of a gamble. I also noticed that the large bathroom was cold, with single glazing on three windows that didn’t help. Plus, if you're on the 5th floor, the elevator only takes you to the 4th, so expect a short staircase—a small inconvenience, although helpful for light packers or those with mobility issues.

The Henrietta offers a charming boutique atmosphere with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. breakfast was disappointing with limited options and portions.
